RETURN POLICY

You can
return any DiamondsForALL.Com order within 30 days of
its shipment no questions asked for a full refund or
exchange.
ACCEPTING
RETURNS:
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return
any non-engraved item in its original condition for a
refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our
return procedure, please don't hesitate to
contact us.
If you are returning an item over $15,000, please
call to speak directly to a diamond and jewelry
consultant at 415-459-0333 and ask for Mr. Neil.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
To return a diamond
or jewelry item to DiamondsForALL.Com, follow our three
step process:
- Call 415-459-0333 for a Return Authorization
Code. Write this code on the return sticker
found at the bottom of your original invoice and
affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are
returning.
Place all the original packaging in the box,
including the appraisal and the diamond certificate.
(The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement
fee.) For security reasons, do not write
DiamondsForALL.Com anywhere on the outside of the
box.
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're
returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any
carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured,
and request a return receipt for confirmation that
your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: FedEx® and UPS will not
insure it, so ship your package via US Postal
Service priority mail, registered (with
insurance), and request a return receipt
for confirmation that your shipment has reached its
destination.*
Once your return is received it will be reviewed by
our Quality Assurance department. You will receive
notification regarding your return or exchange within
five days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured
packages will be returned to sender. Items that show
signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other
than DiamondsForALL.Com), engraved, altered, or damaged
in any way cannot be accepted for return.

will not be responsible for losses or damage of return
